Thirty stalls, two arenas, and a jump park that stays set. Everything at Palm Acre is arranged around one question: does this help the horse jump better on Saturday?

Stalls & Turnout

  • 30 stalls, 12' x 12', rubber-matted
  • Automatic waterers in every stall and paddock
  • Six grass paddocks with run-in sheds
  • 24/7 turnout or stall-with-turnout programs
  • Group turnout by age and disposition

Riding Surfaces

  • 150' x 300' covered arena, professional fiber footing
  • 100' x 200' outdoor arena, dragged twice weekly
  • Permanent jump park: tables, oxers, verticals to 1.25m
  • 60' round pen and a longe line wall
  • Shaded, lit aisles — a 200m canter loop indoors

Horse Care

  • Hay three times daily; individual grain and supplement programs
  • Wash rack with hot water and a heated tack room
  • Farrier on a 6–8 week cycle; large-animal vet on call
  • Winter blanket and summer fly-mask programs
  • Turnout-first management; vet holds handled in-house

Barn Operations

  • Twice-daily feed checks and a lights-out barn curfew
  • Security lighting, coded gate, and cameras on the barn and arenas
  • Trailer parking and a gooseneck for show days
  • Tack storage, lockers, and a client fridge and lounge
  • Dedicated show-grooming weekend staffing

A day in the barn

6:30 am
First feed; turnout for the field horses.
8:00 am
Barn rides and lesson horses start — jump park is set by 7.
12:00 pm
Midday check, second feed for seniors and hard keepers.
4:00 pm
Rider lessons; evening turnout for the stall program.
7:30 pm
Last feed, final walk-through, barn lights on timers.

Boarding rates

All programs include hay three times daily, twice-daily checks, and turnout.

Stalls are limited.

We keep the barn at thirty so every horse gets the program. Boarding inquiries are welcome year-round; a short tour and a vet record are all we ask to start.
